Bio
Stephanie Chace has always recognized the endearing
connection that food can create between people. The
youngest of ten children, she cherishes the memories when her brothers and sisters gathered at the dining room table, book-ended by her parents who were seated at each end. Over time, both her parents have passed away, as well as three siblings, and it is through the gift of food memories that she keeps them close.
Chace spent twenty years dividing her time between the Southwest and Massachusetts. During that time she called Tucson, AZ her home. In 2012 she received her BA from the University of Arizona, studying cultural anthropology, focusing on cultural identity through food.
Presently a librarian
at the Boston Public Library,
she continues to gather
with friends and family,
creating new
memories at the table.
